lvlng system changed?

So i made a new char currently its at 100 (by buying nc) when to venena for lvlup . i got in a pt hard mode n to my knowledge im only getting 1% exp wtf is that.. do i need to reach the required lvl for ex normal mode lvl147,hard mode 157 etc to get more exp from each raid?

 

must be -9 or +9 of your current level.

Doing normal which is 150 at venena gives more xp than the 160 hard difficulty.

but ahaha i find that stupid..every other games i played going against stronger mobs give u more exp u can also see y.. well i guess thats how Toram works, different experience ..OK..

 

What would you expect? make the early game bosses as silent as an abandoned house? I'm pretty sure they already kept it in mind how the end game will be since gears don't have any level restriction and it will make leveling easy af if they didn't put any restriction
