Mage Stability Shenanigans

I heard from someone that mage Stability is halfed like 60% to 30%, Is that true?

It has a cap of 90%, never heard of anything about half stability. Unless you're referring to the weapon innate stability.

 

From jp toram wiki (using google translate):

What it means? I have no idea, but seems a lower stability such 60% would become 80% [=(100+60)/2] for magic skills.

Edit2: Did some tests and seems the jp wiki's info is indeed correct. Very nice to know that my Fireworks (35% stab) actually has 67.5% stab for magic skills.

 

I think I remember Mayam or one of the other smart forumers saying something about this. I usually forget about it because I don't play as a mage often enough for remembering that to be important, but i think it's true now that you reminded me. luisfsk is right though, it would be (100 + 60) / 2 = 80, not 60 / 2 = 30.
