Magic lvl 3

    Hello everyone,

    I am playing this game since a couple days and chose to be a mage. I am currently at lvl 45 but at that lvl you can't buy the magic skill lvl 3 book at the library. However I see many users below lvl 70 using storm magic is there a other way to get it?

    they hav in their character slot, lvl70+, just need one slot character higher to unlock skill for all character
