The way it was worded, it should work for fus. The only downside is they need Agi to get some stuff to work as well as it is now tho. :V (like the stun rate for bash, and heal for earthbind)

 

Oh my goodness. They actually did do an adjustment based on AGI. I never thought they'd actually consider going with that approach.

 

OK, I may be slightly negative about this hasso rape....
But do we all at least agree that this is the most infuriating part?

 

I slightly dont understand what they mean by app review. But the hasso nerf is fine i mean you have a skill that hits multiple times that can never miss graze or be evaded. Something had to change.

 

I think they mean with app review, they wait till the app has been approved by apple...

 

It means we gotta wait for apple to approve that sheit.
Also...I liked the no graze thing....e.e

I don't think FU's will have to worry about Earthbind in this case. AGI raises the damage, but it doesn't say anything about it being a variable for the heal itself. If it works like a HP drain, you'll be fine as long as you hit hard enough and if it's not you'll be fine regardless. Looks pretty good for us all.

It is, but I can't say that I disagree with them adding it. We pretty much never paid attention to hit rate or DEX once 100% crit rate was achieved. Which looking back at it now, was perdy dumb. So as annoying as it is, it's a fine implementation. Now if only I could get grazed by enemies >_>....yes...please....

As for the Perfect Hit nerfs, i'm surprisingly miffed as well with the changes to them. Snipe was honestly fine since it had a requirement stuck onto it that wasn't reliable. I'm not at all surprised with the Hasso nerf to perfect hit, but i'm also somewhat miffed that they went about doing it. It deserved a nerf to it's raw damage, not it's perfect hit. But I guess they nerfed it since Tempest has to deal with grazing.

 

i dont think the amount u heal for earthbind is affected by AGI. the notice only stated that 5% of max hp will be restored and not UPTO 5% of hp can be restored meaning the percentage of hp healed is constant. also, as long as u are equipping knux u will restore +500hp with earthbind. So u get healed 5% of your max hp + 500hp when u equip knux. The amount of healing u get only depends on your max hp and whether u equip knux.

EDIT: i double checked the notices and confirmed that AGI only affects the damage of earthbind.
