Well FINALLY... I sent like 4 reports about that but still didn't get an answer.
So finally we can talk about my halberd 1h crit skill threat owo . ( I didn't drink much today )
Base on dopr , critical penalties on skills uses final crate as basis, which most likely means that strike stab on 1h is *0.5 of ur total crate , in other words, in order to achieve 100% crit on strike stab using 1h , you'll need a total of 200 crate.
Though on another note , even though strike stab is 25% weaker using 1h than halberd with ailment and has a lower crate, It still has a damage comparable to a tier 4 skill, and will serve as a good filler for all sword fus and dw's.
does "consecutive attack" refer to the individual hits? so, does each hit now calculate it's own hit and crit chance like tempest?

This update looks promising. I hope they get spiral air right this time cuz I don't like tempest on 1h too much and am seeking an alternative

Jokes aside, if spiral air still cannot crit then it will still probably be rather inefficient
Strike Stab already has crappy cri rate..even with cri gear.
Almost not worth getting.
To bad it can't be used by 2h.

All you simply had to do was return critical rate onto spiral air. You've already removed the high frequency flinch rate and the critical rate to give us an unsatisfying amount of critical damage if the move even lands on the bosses you're loading with more dodge and evasion, but okay let's see just how much "damage" you're gonna increase on a non-critical move now.. hopefully they bring crate back.. I miss using spiral air in combos.
Adding damage to rampage is good, but that still doesn't change how rough it can be to use sometimes. This just allows it to be more rewarding when you pull it off I'm guessing.
Now we're really gonna have triple kick and strike stab in combos if the critical rate is considerably good. Oh boy, I can smell smell the wonderful proration already.

Strike stab and punish ray seemed like a good option, even before they fixed the crit-rate. As at the moment, the cross over for 1h verses other hybrids is a bit limited. It seems more reasonable for 1h users to invest points into halberd to achieve a strike stab over rampage (even before the rampage changes). But triple kick will still be the go to I feel, unless they want to remove punish ray cast time for 1h sword users...seems only fair.

1h SLv 10: @AbnormState (normal + 100 ) × 3.29 dmg | (4.29 for Halberd) (More initial damage than tempest (2.5 time dmg) for 1h, lower chance rate) ~ (astute + sprial air (if dex 145+)...might make it slight more attractive.
1h SLv 10: @NormalState (Normal + 100 ) × 2.27 | (Same dmg rate as Halberd) (Lower initial rate than tempest)
They should move rampage over to DW, and replace it with something else on the blade tree. Outside of being able to avoid conditional effects through DW skills. No one has a viable use for rampage, until we can get invisibility combo mod. Unless you count running away from simple aoes a viable option <insert generic karaoke themed toram build video to hide your crippling depression and socio-economic woes>.

Unless the normal damage modification if worth the risk of using 500mp for a kill that might never finish until you finish a half marathon (1h 2x Norm Dmg or 50% physical / magical pierce dmg) . It will only encourage more DW to use the skill.
Seriously, remove the debuff. Or add skill cancel effects to storm and tempest based on any effect. And make status resistance relevant again haha.
Bwahaha I'm gonna go build me a 2h strike stab now!

how to fix s-1 error? it happened after MT 3/30/2017 im using ios.
s-1 is usually internet connection issue. have u tried switchin off n on ur internet source?
New rampage is pretty....Bad. Really high mp cost. Easy to lose the buff. Can't put it in combo. I feel like I wasted that point.
