Mana farming in Hanami

Who came here because of the maintenance lol

Btw, how do you think? Is it faster to farm mana at chapter 3 or chapter 4?

 

Not sure what you mean by "mana," because there's many different types of mana in this event. But Chapter 4 is a very easy farm for the Sakura Cloud Pyroxene mana. Just repeat the quest, which only requires you to defeat Mimesia. No puzzle or running around needed. Reward is 100 pyroxenes per quest completion (which should take less than 2 minutes total).

Chapter 3 is cherry blossom crystal but the quest requires you to run around and do tasks before you can reach the boss.

 

I'm comparing Sakura Cloud Pyroxene and Cherry Blossom Crystal farming. CBC farming also depends on luck. Say, you might get 100 one time and 300 another and so so... in like 5 minutes. So I can't decide which one is better

 

Pyroxene is a guarantee of 100 each time and you don't have to run around and talk to NPCs or do little tasks like in chapter 3. Chapter 4 just takes you directly to the boss and kill is fast in a party. Also, pyroxene is 7 mana per piece. Cherry blossom is 5 mana each.

 

You can guarantee max CBC by making sure to get the correct choice on each step. And the max is 400 per run IIRC.

 

That will harm the party overall performance

 

Party? Deniala is easy enough to solo fast.
Edit : If you have good party, mimesia is definitely faster for mana farm.
