    is Meikyo Shisui increase cr for skill after it or it immediately lose the buff when new skill activate?

    Meikyo give you a boost in critical rate for the next skill (any skill used after Meikyo will consume the cr buff, be it offensive, defensive or buff)
    It also has a fixed duration too, unlike mage's Chain Cast or DW's Storm Reaper which last until the next skill use
