Mercenary Builds?

I've been wondering, is there any effective tank Merc builds out there?
If there are can someone get me a link or give me a run down, I would really appreciate it!
Stuff like, Gear, Skills, Stats, etc. I know Mercs run off of different standards, but that's about it.

275 dex 247 vit.
Equips Triple ice cream. Hero potum
Felien armor Ornarlf
Any add gear than increases accuracy with gesp 2 xtal
Time warp watch with Felien.
About 2200+ accuracy 1k +aspd 30k ish hp

Bare handed version
275 agi 247 vit.
No weapon ofc.
Light arm fluffy kinaco garb with orn if u have 1s.
Snowman head with Wandering wheel.
Time warp watch with crystal titan.
10k aspd 55k ish hp.
Note :- Bare handed merc land 50% of auto regardless of boss flee with 10k aspd your mspd is doubled so chances of it missing is slim.
