Mercenary system

Hmmm....I don't know why Toram always freeze and lags when I try dungeon with Mercenary... (Always goes into loading with potum rolling and then it goes on for more than 10 minutes(probably forever until battery dies)..so I had to give up and force close the app)

 

Maybe just the severs r still unstable cuz of recent updates & hope things gona be better soon . Cheers !

Do the merc get exp?

 

They don't. Characters that you partner up won't double your drop rate or level it up either. Only lvl you can get is first aid and revive. Other than that, they don't gain anything. ( exept like 110s )

I hope they make better ai soon. Coz all we got is poor attacker and useless tanks that dont even hav any aggo. Thus my friend list became pokemon list to choose from better cp is better merc(a pretty damn good reason to flush my friend list and annoy other players with good equips)

Yah, i agree somewhat. So far all i got is this:
2 archer is good for weak pure luk farmers targeting strong mobs like cursed clocks (dirty antiqe anyone?). they are also good dps for pure tanks w/no attacks and fs tanks. That is of course work on target that stay put.

Aoe is the bane of mercs coz they dont use revs. Bless is never enuf in that situation. They are really good for proration, best if u have a buddy along with

 

Making sub chars with max first aid and using it as a merc will allow you to be revived @ around 5-10s , which would be useful against mini bosses which are hard to solo like sg.

 

That is only useful if ur first aider can take damage or u have a buddy to take aggro while ur being tended. Specially SG having infamity for having a big and rather painful AoE.

After experiencing farming with mercenaries, to me, you can only do either of these 2 things with mercs atm:
> Hire ranged attacker mercs while using a character with stun-flinch-tumble locking capabilities.
> Hire melee attacker mercs while using a Sniper/DPS Mage on Hard hitting high hp monsters like Rock Stingers, Miragelas, Orc Warriors, and Planetheads.

 

We have orcs!? Man! I need to explore more! Planet heads are farmed to extinction and otherworld planet price have gone down on cb coz of this. (Heck all u need is 6k+ total CP from ur merc and ur other char; and also ur luck farmer to point em, and u can farm for mats like no tommorow.)

 

if only it was a pet system then il get a cassy for a pet XD

 

This system only makes one look even more forward to pets.

 

The Mercenary System is a huge stepping stone that Asobimo has accomplished.
