Meteor breaker or enchan sword better op skull

Need know for when have good eqment

 

if you aren't interested in ds using full odelon unshealthe + thunder axe and having storm reaper as a secondary dmg skill.

then Meteor,it has a higher multiplier.

they nerf enchant sword speed,it is so ridiculously slow to cast for 2hs now even with 50% motion speed you are basically a naked duck that's prone to die everytime you use it,it gets even slower with first combo infront.

 

Have both if u cant decide.
Enchant sword has better damage potential.
Meteor breaker have better survivability.
My best combo for enchant sword is
Enchant sword > trigger slash (save) > finale (smite)
This way you could have ampr and motion boost for the next enchant sword.
Put smite tag could be an option if u sure u won't die. (Nearly impossible except u add considerable vit stat)

 

With suitable crystal and gear for both skill, EB can be greatest then Meteor, beside EB will still dealt damage even the boss is moving around, but Meteor may miss.
But from survivality and tactical battle, Meteor is better because of the Invincible time when Jumping, the is a AOE skill.
Use combo like Ad-Lib > Meteor(Save) > Finale (Con) can prevent boss dash damage with 1MP or simply Impact>Meteor to avoid the counter attack from tumblr ( like Evil Shawl ). Beside using Meteor you are not restricted to specific gear/xtal like EB need Unsheathed, but unsheathed have no effect on other DPS skill. This make Meteor build more flexible and more higher survivality then EB build.

 

It depends on your build/weapon. If you’re using THS, I believe after the enchant sword balance, meteor breaker is less risky, more flexible and more time-efficient. However, if you’re using OHS, enchant sword will be much better than meteor breaker since OHS didn’t receive the motion speed nerf and with MD as your sub weapon(provided you have one of each element), you gain an extra 10% damage to the element of the boss.

 

Speed nerf aside I like enchanted on my 2hs since I can just use arm and weap for crt damage also it’s auto element so I don’t have to use different weapons to take advantage of boss elemental weakness. So yeah it’s slow in comparison but if you can can time attacks well it’s for u if not meteor is for u

 

Just build whatever you like, that's the best part of toram.
As long as you can stay alive and contribute damage, you are a usefull team member.

it's really situational
for THS:
if you don't want to use multiple elemental THS, go for enchant sword, it will deal more dmg due to elemental advantage, though you need motion speed buffs here like high ASPD or GSW to use it efficiently.
if you want to use it on neutral mobs, have an little invincibility time, fast execution without having so much motion speed, go for meteor breaker

For OHS:
always hands down here for enchant sword, because meteor multiplier on OHS is kinda low compare to THS, also there is no reason to use OHS alone or OHS + dag or smth else, go for dual wield or dual sword for enchant sword,due to unsheathe stats you can gain from that class making enchant sword damage goes more higher, what is more u can have an skill storm reaper to combo here if u want some invincibility frame and a huge damage boost from your enchanted sowrd.
