What Stat is good use for that? Idr if I asked or not. But couldn't find for a friend. So decided to ask. Lol.

 

None of the minstrel skills are based on any stats. The stats that you use in your minstrel build are mostly dependent on what weapon you are using and what type of support build you want. The minstrel skills work well with cross fire because it can build up damage while still allowing you to use your songs, so DEX>STR would be a good option, but you could also go VIT>INT if you want to do full support.

Got a mage tank with minstrel skills, works pretty well. Only start a song, tank and end each combo with the song to redo the song you have done.
Built is basic mtl mage ( 255 mtl, 200 int, rest vit ). I use new staff ( 3000 hp , 300 mp)+ finstern, heavenly feather garb ( boss drop ) + ornlarf, dark fighter ring + venena, additional with 20% AILMENT resist + carbuncle , 4th anniv shield.
Bonus : you can use gear for dps if tank not needed and be still immune to ailment.
