Missing Spina from Account

Hello, I’ve just came back from a year hiatus today to discover that my spina disappeared from my account (around 50m). When checking the rest of my account, everything else seemed the same but when I checked my friends list, all my friends were gone except this one person who I “friended” on Feb. 28th. I assume my account was hacked as no one else had access to my account information (no I did not respond to any fishy mails). I would recommend you guys to change change your password.

Edit. I should be more clear. I just downloaded the on March 9th, 2020 but my friends list says I friended this guy on February 28th. Also all of this occurred after the account rollback.

 

Tell me, when was the last time you logged in? When did you managed to get the spina and friends in the list? That might answer your question

 

I just downloaded the game again today after a year.

 

Whats the exact date of the rollback again? Wasn't it about this time of the year last year?

 

It's called network problem imao... when you download toram when lagging it misconduct data ... probably bugs ate your spina and friends hahaha.... welp I give my condolences

 

That's why i ask "when", i mean the exact time (or maybe month if you forgot the date). Since it's already like this, let me tell you that in April (or March, forgot which one but most likely April) the game database crashed or something like that, and the result are most player's account informations (exclude jp database accounts which didnt crashed) got rolled back to 14 December 2018 (or 12 Dec, forgot)

You should have received 200 orbs as compensation, I dunno if it expires in mail. However they couldn’t recover everything and spina was one of them sadly. Players would have also lost and progress they made from between late December to April roughly , that is character levels or builds , trades and event drops . This made many ppl salty and never played toram again whilst others rebuild and still here. We do hope you do the latter , you’ll recover what was lost with time ^^. I know that’s a tough ask because 50mil is a lot but unfortunately they did their best and tried to compensate players the best way they thought possible. Any pets you may have had should be in hibernation btw.

Lmao give him time he doesn’t understand how toram works , he is judging toram based on other online games he have played. That what I gather from his rants but hey he will learn..... or quit, I hope learn he will.

 

Sorry for your loss. Although me and my friend got friend requests from the person in the picture while we were farming the golden potums for the event. Think we were on English Server or Global server can't remember :/ Assumed they were looking for a party or was just randomly adding people to use as mercs for quests.( I also do this since i'm new.) Anyways hope you get your stuff back if able to. Can't comment about rollbacks or whatever since i just started but i guess it could happen. best of luck~

 

The person who created the thread is also can't provide any evidence that what actually happened, I might have made a joke but how will you know that he/she didn't deleted all his/her friends and never had 50m spina? Can you take responsibility for that? This types of problem isn't possible for asobimo ... so I won't say it directly but I am sure something is fishy here

 

Jokes on you, we have had rollback in early 2019 where all the progress rolled back to December 13th. The reason why people ask the exact date he/she did the last log in because it might be caused by the rollback. So if that 50m entirely earned in between rollback period (December 14th - March 2nd), it's sure wiped by the rollback. People in here trying to scratch the problem from every possibility.

 

That's besides the point we're trying to make here. I don't have a clue on your reasoning either. Lost data from a connection problem? Never heard one before.

 

e.e dude I just made a joke lol ... and for I know about toram there is nothing that can erase your spina and friends ... but if you visit a tuyul account server that they been posting by bots they will get your server Web data print .. bots shouting free 50 orbs or 500m spina in sofya .. they can't get your account hack tho just by making you visit ... but if you do try changing your password they will get the engine code of your password ... which they can use to login to your account ... that's just normal hacking ... the person in thread is incourageing others to change the passwords that was kinda .... mah you know what I mean something Is definitely fishy here...

I already gave her/him my condolences , and he/she also got lot of useful stuffs from asobimo (lot of orb items+ orbs) so idk were did I made the mistake? And yeah thanks for laughing at my joke earlier , not a lot of ppls here took it as a joke tho... but I am not in the game rn so , I am trying to be realistic here ... what's gone is gone ... the more he/she will miss them the more it will bring pain/sorrow. ..

Most of the case it happens to online games too much spam skills or slow wifi connection , it also happen to me too when my wifi net was lagging few months ago , I checked my bag it was totally empty ... then I pressed power button and reloged then I saw everything was there e.e that's just network connection which was showing me bugged output also at mino skin farm place my items got stuck at mirror print of the map ,those are just glitches... if that never happened to you then you won't understand ...

 

There is a rollback incident which was occurred on March 2019, if you lost all of your spina, then it's must be the rollback that cause the problem. The sad part is the NPC maid that hold all of your items now is gone. Maybe you should try to contact Beemo if they can recover your items or not.

 

He/she said everything was fine ... only spina gone and friend list empty e.e .... she probably doesn't need the maid npc

 

Yeah, items missing in bags is normal, happens to me too. But spina and friends are NOT an in-game "item", it is not something that can easily disappear from your bag only to reappear again once you relog or something. They're different.

 

No this incident occurred after the account rollback. I spent the 200 orbs they gave us as compensation.

My friends list was completely empty except for that random guy. I just downloaded the game again on March 9th, but the game says I friended him on February 28th.

I don’t understand how advocating for password security is something to be suspicious about. Also I did not visit any tuyul sits prior to taking my hiatus.
