Mobile market for MMOs

Hello!
Recently I have notice people on PC gaming outlets and Youtube as well in PC MMOs i played talking about how bad the PC MMO state is. Basically allot PC MMOs are losing player base and are "flopping" failing to keep a player base and in my opinion on many , fail to be enjoyable".
However in the last few month there have been multiple Mobile MMOs schedule to be released. Some of these are actually rather big name MMOs on the PC market
Some of these are:

Black Desert Mobile

Tera M (M for Mobile)

Leanage Mobile
These are just some of the Mobile MMos that are coming out
before you start thinking it. Most of these games are Overview style MMos not 3rd person view (like toram)

Soooooo!~ What do you guys think? we are all mobile gamers so i imagine no one would be against this shift in the MMO market

I started playing this

Yeeeaaah, mobile mmos are getting better, but still most game developers don't want to put much effort into the mobile market, due to the bad stigma around it.

 

currently pc mmos are not doing very well with some like tera losing large amounts of player from 15,000 avarage to 1.500 avarage to 1.200 avarage recently
but tera and many others did this to themselfs. tera made questing and gearing super easy and made exp and level extremly fast to get you to end game quicker but they also removed pvp ranking killing the pvp side which was super popular

 

There's a lot of other questionable chooses Tera made.
Like female char having more classes available, or the better ones only for the elin race.

 

the only one that makes sense is Valkyrie...sort of
brawler, ninja and reaper especially reaper , gunner are all gender and race lock but there not a single male only class

 

Reaper being elin exclusive only make a story POV since, but not gameplay vise.
It feels like the devs are just showing their stripper lolis in the front line and neglecting other races.

as for black desert i didnt like the pc one it was so grindy and no boss fights or anything worth talking about
never played leanage but was a popular game at one time

 

i found tera to be unbelievable painful boring after level 30 however what i understand is it use to be way more fun and had allot co-op fun

Tera was a nice game, but my computer couldn't handle it very well, even at the lowest graphics settings. People not being able to play big PC games due to issues like mine are another reason people leave. People realize that games on mobile devices will be more optimized since there's less variation in device performance than on PC, so it's easier to find a game that you can play.

 

this is a good view yet through hours of my personal research themajor problem with PC games is pay to win and poor publishing and choices by publishers and devs ahem and a good example is revelation online

 

Unfortunately as long as Netmarble, Nexon, Gameloft & all those other Asian publishers keep acquiring game ips to develop for mobile were always going to get p2w auto farm auto pvp gatcha mmo trash. Most of them aren't even MMORPGS, just dungeon crawlers with some co-op thrown in. All they care about is money and graphics atm

Gameloft is French (oui oui baguette).

 

Them mobile markets flooded with these copy and paste top down, auto play, no customization, generic games.

 

It's not because PC MMO is not enjoyable....in the world there aren't many people with powerful PC's to play these MMO nowadays, the costs are insane, so why bother.....and the people who say they don't like it are probably people who have played MMO for like 20 years....(litteraly) , MOBILE GAMING is easy to find people, you can find a lot of people with a device/phone/mobile....(cellphone .....), so it's easy to make a Little/Ton's bit of money on a Mobile, all it takes for a person to play game's on mobile, is simple.......and you can find lot's of peepz on mobile so the game become's enjoyable. Unlike PC MMO...
+ it's just BUSINESS....everyone want's to join the new rise of MMO on mobile's and suck that cash...tho MOBILE MMO i bet that won't survive for some company's unless you can deal with PING, and ASOBISMO, has this thing about ping, even if u have 500ms, you can surprisingly stil compete with other player 0,0,...(maybe it's cloud..server something like that, what was it hmmmm)

But in the end, Developer's won't risk making such a huge MMO with everything you have desired, not only it take's time, but the PC you would need to play such a powerfull MMO, like only 1000 people have it..(literally), so why not just make a Mini Version for 100,000 people.
