My Acc is Bugged?

My acc is Bugged.
I was making a 2nd character in my acc. To be specific a luk character. So after finishing customizing my appearance. It should load and send you to sofya city. But nope. It loads and I never got to enter sofya city. Cuz it got stuck in loading. So ofcourse I reopened the app. And still stuck. I tried restarting my phone and still stuck. So finalky decided to reinstall the game. After finishing the downloads. I got through the Create new character or Log In part. I Logged into my acc. And it loads. Yet u guessed it. Still stuck. Now I think I did everything I could. Write a 1 star review so it can be noticed, sent a email to support and this writing in forums. Please help me if you know the solution or how can I contact the SUPPORT Team of toram so they can answer me. Thank you.

looks like the server is full.
when you are able to login again, switch to another server.

and stay away from International World 1 at all costs!
this one is the most flooded and crashes weekly.
the developers already asked the players to spread out among all servers equally, but most players ignore that.
just like all the "cool" kids do drugs, all the "cool" kids log into the int1 server, causing overload.

 

I think it has more to do with getting a Party for farming or Venena.

 

This. Partying practically doesn't have any demerits, you'd have to be a masochist to not do it.
