My MP bar is gone

Please take a look at this. It's so weird
Firstly, I install Toram online on Steam and the game works pretty fine. No lag whatsoever. So you cannot say that my wi-fi is bad and the problem is because of the Wifi. I will get into the topic now. As I remember, all players have 3 MP bars in the tutorial and I think that the lowest MP you can have is 300. This doesn't count if you have a MP-lowering equipment which I don't have in my case. So back to the topic, I have 3 MP bars in the tutorial and I find it very annoying to use sonic blade and run out of MP so I decide to find away to increase my MP. Of course, I find out that talisman gives a lot of MP so I kill tons of larvaca and get 10k to by a sailor's talisman (+250 max MP). When I equip it, it only add 50 to my max MP, which I find weird. So I unequip the talisman and only 1 MP bar is left!!!! SO PUCKING WEIRD. This is the sailor talisman when equipped

My question is that: How many MP do each player originally have? Is it 1 MP bar???????????? In the tutorial they pucking give me 3 bars!!! So weird!!!! Just in case you say "the bars do not sync with the actual MP." Here is the pic of my max MP( when not equipped with that talisman):

Someone, please help me. Just so u know, I can't even use sonic blade with this MP bar. SO HELP MEEEEEE PLSSSSSSS!!!!!

 

Maybe because of the OTHER ring that for whatever reason you decided to ignore?

base mp is 100.
you were wearing a talisman, which adds 200mp.
