Need help making a statter

I had started working on a dex/Tec bs build which can stat but stopped halfway when the skill reset happened and scrapped the bs skills from it as the lvling was disastrous.
Thus, I thought about making a weapon bs who can stat after reading some of the threads here. I'm still confused as to which weapon bs would be the most efficient. A build that can have all the DPS skills needed along with the smith skills.

 

Any stat will do tbh. You need to be around @ lvl cap anyway to catch up with the +20s .
