I hate tempest but wanted a zweihander so I'm making one

I'll just call this project guile with the sonic boo... blade and flash ki... blast.

Starter combo
-Hard hit, flash blast(save), sonic blade(smite/swift),impact(cons)
2nd combo
-sonic blade, flash blast(save), impact(swift)

-will this do decent damage (2nd anniv GS +b atk7%str7%critdmg7%)?
-How much crit rate is needed for 100% crit sonic blade (no astute)?
-Should I go str dex or str vit?
-is it worth maxing 2 masteries on sword tree and 2 masteries on battle tree?
