    1) How much experience is required for each level? (i know that 1 st level = level of skill, from which you start developing it)
    2) How pet skill experience is calculated?

100 for the first, then each further level takes twice the amount of the previous one.
1 exp for 1 mob killed. the pet must hit the mob at least once. the pet always have the same target as you.
despite generating aggro on all mobs, party buff skills still only count as single-target for exp.
gentle and timid, with short ranged weapon, target all active mobs automatically once every 3 seconds. other than that, gaining more than 1 exp from AoE hits is only possible if the pet uses Blast Flare.
casting a skill also adds 1 exp at each successful cast. (active skills only)
the Skill Boost nature shares skill exp among all active skills, so passive skills can benefit from the casting of active skills.

I know the topic is about pet skill exp but maybe I can ask for more updated info aside from previous nature information so...

Aside from Justice, Sturdy and Sly... are other nature needs to be avoided?

It all depends on what role you gonna put your pet to work. Pets are not just a loyal tank or a sneaky dps or just a damage sponge or a heal buddy. Heck you can even make one As a fully trained duchebag for sensitive bosses(interrupt from pets can also trigger them).

Tanking pet is mainly focused on having more aggro and more meat to take hits. Evading tank pet is only benificial to the pet's survivability. You get random aoe on top of your head if your pet runs all over the place. Also, pet heal have same cast time as huuman heal so have it at the ready all the time( since you be healing your pet more than your flimsy avatar) i have 2 kinds of tank pet that i use. The vampire and the basic aggro tank. Unless you make your avatar -100%aggro you need to top up the pet's mp tank to generate more aggro. Vampire tanks is a pain to handle with a staff and moderately difficult as a bow. It is all due to the need to cast that pet mp charge to generate aggro-suck hp-prorate.
