neg stats on equips

    i remember seeing a thing somewhere about what is the best negative stats to add on equipment but i cant find it atm. um would anyone tell me what is the best way to stat a weapon/armor to get to cr 17 cr 17% cd 17 cd 7%?? i seen most of them with with 2 negative stats so i been trying to figure out how to get the best pot to negative stat to add crit rate and crit dmg on equips. this is very confusing to me. oh mind you most armor and weapons i seen lately either have 60 to 65 pot on them. maybe someone could work with that as an example to help me understand.
