new and have questions about better armor/bows

hi guys! i'm new (i joined a few days ago, maybe a week tops?) and i'm level 30 already. however, i'm still doing really low damage for what i expect a level thirty to do (i'm managing 130 avg on lvl 20 goblins) and have a hard wood bow +3. i was wondering if anyone could help me with dealing more damage and getting more and better weapons and armor? i have my smithing level as high as it can go right now, but can i buy things NOT from the consignment board? it's too expensive

Farm the materials for a weapon you would like I'll craft it, farm with me for half materials to stat and I'll do stat job for 40k :3 , as for E refine it will be free like always xP
