New hood?

I logged on today and I saw alot of people selling cat hoods for around 40-50k.. I never heard of this item before and I am wondering if it is new and if its obtained from the new boss? If not does anyone mind telling me where and how you get it?

Yeah it's new and comes in 2 versions.
One is from blacksmith and just gives 300mp.
Second one is from Capsy mini boss and gives 100 mp, 2% matk and 300 cspd....and k think it has 2 dyes...not sure though.

Empress tomb second map, u get there from darkan map and through the desert map.

Yeah, but he's annoying to farm, has high def and mdef. ಠ_ಠ

 

You can't really do that much dmg fighting this mini boss. Snipers are good attackers for this.
