New skill tree idea

    What about a god skill tree, and a book for it like "book of apotheosis" book description: super ancient divine book written long by a former mortal who transcended from mortalhood into godhood and the power imbued into this book is unfathomable....

    Skills:

    Transcendent mastery: The user masters the use of transcendental powers and becomes a full fledged deity, universal ((magical and physical and ailment and fractional)) damage reduction greatly increase by skill level and if barehanded and each skill level raises universal damage reduction by 9.9%, and matk and atk greatly increases depending on user's stats if barehanded and grants base stability of 60%, passive always active, user is completely immune to fatal damage

    Ethereal Light: Light element magic, cast range 16m, instant cast if barehanded, base damage formula (Matk * 3000), inherent magic pierce 50%, power constant 3000, motion time: 0 seconds, 300 crit, motion time:0 seconds, mp cost 800, appearance: an indescribably powerful beam of light fired from the user's finger that seems to completely overwhelm even reality itself...

    Strike of Boundlessness: Light Element Physical, cast range 3m, instant cast if barehanded, base damage formula (Atk * 3000), inherent physical pierce 50%, power constant 3000, 50 crit, motion time: 0.5 seconds, mp cost 800, user invincible for 1 second, appearance: a radiant emanation of inconcievable power surrounds user's body as they strike the target with ultimate force...

    Rewriting Reality: active skill, changes target's element into Dark element, instant cast if barehanded, if target is boss chance to change target's element becomes 1/5th, mp cost 400 ,appearance:user invokes mystical incantations that affects reality...

    Ressurection: Active Skill, ressurects party member instantly if they meet requirements, requirements for target to be ressurected instantly: party member's matk must be greater than atk and have a minimum of 10000 hp, instant cast if user is barehanded, mp cost 600, appearance: user performs gestures that summon a miraculous light that ressurects dead party member under certain conditions...


    Those are some of my ideas for the god class skill tree, let me know what you think of it, and share some of your skill tree ideas too ^^

    the condition to Resurrection is too specific. assuming the skill has no effect if the condition isn't met, it's a waste of skill points.

    Rewriting Reality seems pretty useless when the attack skills already have 10 million base damage without the effect of damage modifiers.

    the passive skill reduces all damage to 1. combined with Fighter's High you cannot be killed.

    here's my approach to 'god mode':

    Invincibility (passive skill)
    gain invincible status when in combat.

    Extermination (active skill)
    instantly execute all targets.
    mp cost: 0, type: player epicenter, range: 24m
    (basically the same 'instant death' effect as Phantom Slash but with no restrictions)

    A better idea would be to rework the Existing Priest tree.
    • Holy Light :
      • Reduce Cast time to 0 if Welding a Light Element Staff.
      • Grants 50% innate Magic Pierce.
    • Prayer :
      • Place a Ball of energy Near the Caster. Any player in Party can pick up this Ball. The next Magic skill used immediately after the Prayer effect is Granted twice the destruction.
    • Gloria :
      • Grant 8 times the DEF/MDEF for 30 seconds.
    • Ether Barrier :
      • 4 sec cast time : Make everyone Invincible for 2 seconds.
      • Can't use again for 15 seconds.

    Skills that need fixing:
    - Magic: tier 1-3, all skills are too slow to be used reliably in combos at higher levels in battle and mirage evasion only really works for short combos.

    - Shot: Sneak Attack is terrible and decoy shot is too overpowered for long range weapons like bow, bowgun and MD only when you look at there being no other way but decoy shot to quickly recover mp. Ninja skills are terrible to sacrifice an entire skill tree for it for clone + decoy shot.

    Martial: tier 1 to 3 skills are too risky to use in battle and not using low level openers mean that your mp runs out too quickly.

    Crusher: Goliath punch is stupid to use at end game bosses, God hand is the most stupidly designed skill in the game. Who gives a full evasion weapon a skill that needs you to be hit!?

    Wizard: Advanced Familiar is a piece of garbage. Imperial Ray should be an AoE for its blast. Meteor should be unaffected by save tag (if it is). Should be able to place multiple mana crystals or familiar should automatically place them after a certain time interval.

    Dagger: The entire bottom part of the skill tree is useless. Gattling knife is useless because it lowkey self inflicts stop ailment.

    Priest: There's no reason why royal heal should not be comboable. It's a t4 skill which doesn't even affect ressurection time. Amp up the cast time and add a time gated HoT to prevent combo reuse. Ether barrier needs a longer duration. You can't reactively use ether barrier with its long cast time nor can you set up it's buff because of its short duration.

    Assassin: Arcane Strike needs a serious damage boost or MP effect.

    Hunter: All traps are useless at end game bosses. Magic arrow is garbage for non-arrow builds and garbage with it. Sunrise arrow is not worth the effort to set up.

    Magic Warrior: Enchanted spell is a bit useless when a comboed spell can overwrite the triggered magic.

    Survival: EXP bonus is useless forever. Fighters high needs raw HP scaling. Sober Analysis needs enemy proximity scaling, auto MP regen when MP < 1 and ampr based scaling (1:1). Proximity scaling allows close range fighters to restore mp quicker in close range, auto mp heal allows for an emergency 1 mp when MP hits less than 1.

    Support: Auras should be retained when hit on sanctuary.

    Guard/Evade System: Baseline evasion count should be 1, baseline guard should be 1000. Some attacks in this game require you dodge or guard against them.

    Critical Damage Stat: Should come solely from equipment or from CRT assignment.
