New to Blacksmith Class. Need Suggestion with BS TECH

Hi, So im planning to make a BS Tech that can Stat, Synth, 5LOCK, Refine 0-B and Probably Craft Bow.
My stat would be 255 TECH and rest DEX. Here are my questions:

1. Is it really necessary to MAX everything on Alchemy and Blacksmith Skill? Like the Bottle and anvil skills?
2. Since tech gives success rate do I need to max all blacksmith/alchemist skills that's for increasing success rate?

I'm planning to be a CF BS Tech. If you have any suggestions I'm happy to hear it and thanks in advance to those who'll give their input.

 

Maxing out anvil and bottles is necessary in long run , as it allow you to surpass your prof lvl ( YOU Don't need it till 100 guess)
But pls max out other t4 skills

 

if you want an overloaded build like the one you described, ofc.

TEC alone never was (and never will be?) enough for 100% success rate for bs/alch purposes.

You should consider if you really need put every bs/alch function on a single character, because the path you're choosing is harsh.

 

I have also made 1 char for bs and alchemy
And it came out perfectly well

 

If u need stat = TEC 255 and MaxLVCap is needed
if u need 5 lock = higher TEC,DEX and All Bottle skill is needed because you need to have 200 proficiency for 5 lock
If u need refine = TEC 255 is needed and all refine skill needed if you want make refine easy.
If u want craft bow = DEX and STR need MAX if you want max potential, all anvil skill MaxLVL is needed to increase success rate, all creation skill needed to get bonus potential.

Is better your separate the build to Stat-lock-refine and Craft.
