I'm new to Toram and I'm having trouble with the skills to upgrade because there are really too many of them. I chose the Mage because I saw that it can farm a lot of money, but I don't know if it's the right choice at the beginning. Now I'm afraid of upgrading skills that might not even be useful to me. Can you help me? Because I don't know if it would be better to start with another class first and then the mage?

Here's the basic. The other skills investment would depend on your own build. Goodluck! ^_^

technically, any AoE attack skill can be used for farming. the advantage of mage builds is their ability to recover mp more quickly by charging.
for your first character it can be difficult since spell casters are usually dependent on being covered by other party members. you can raise a pet to do that, but it takes a lot of effort and is not always fail-save.
if you are not inclined to "must play mage" because it's your favourite (like me) then it certainly is easier to start with another class. especially if you never played toram before.

keep in mind that you can't have one character do everything, that's why we get multiple character slots. but even with that you still can't do everything, so it really comes down to personal preference and customisation.
i have 7 slots and play exclusively mages and i still can't make every possible build and cover all the usable skills.
