New user, game loads but crashes before i can do anything

Really bluestack program... what is your pc's spec? it doesn't seem to work in my laptop asus i5, 4gb ram, 1gb shared nvidia graphics, 500gb hd and can't work also on my other laptop hp i5, 8gb ram, 2gb shared intel hd graphics, 500gb hd. I can play on medium(intel graphics) to high graphics setting on both laptop RF online, Dragon nest, cabal, rappelz, PW... and other 3d mmorpg.

 

I don't think laptop / pc spec is the main problem that makes u can't play toram on pc. I played it on laptop HP i5, 2 gb ram, 320 gb hdd, windows 7 32 bit. It runs well, but sometimes the game close suddenly

 

If bluestacks doesn't work you're gonna need x86 but that's more hellish to install than bluestacks as it's the Android OS itself.

 

I see win7 32bit... mine is both win10 64 bit, maybe that's the problem. Anyway thanks.
