Newbie 2HS user that is looking for answers.

I am a newbie 2HS user that is seeking help.
Level: 156
Stats: Strength then Dexterity
Equipment:

• Lil Empress Greatsword
• Lil Empress Garb
• Magic Scarf
• Sofys Talisman

1. What skills or combos should I aim for?
2. Should I try to farm another 2HS sword or is my current equip currently good?

 

If you don't have enough crit rate then I suggest you do impact>buster blade(smite)>trigger slash(cons) combo for damage, and use astute>rampage(save)>berserk(swift) combo to boost your crit rate. The best 2h in game right now that can be farmed for free is demon empress greatsword that drops from venena 2, if you're lucky enough to get a good party that breaks parts that is.

If I were you I would make a luk farmer first and farm items to sell for spina, then save enough spina to buy better equips from the cb. Or maybe make a tamer character to catch mobs as pets to sell. With your current equips it's only good enough for beating main quest.

That's going to be hard I think, parties there usually kick under leveled players because the boss is hard. If you can reach lvl 190-200 before farming venena 2 parties won't kick you as easily.
