Newbie sees only one skill in Shortcut menu

I was helping some newbie to learn skills and stuff. She acquired a bunch of skills from the library.
Then turned on Extended shortcuts.
However in Menu - settings - Shortcuts,
When she tapped the circles, and then chose 'skills', she could only see one skill.

She definitely has more skills than that, so is this a bug?

 

Maybe she didn't expend any points on active skills

First photo shows that she doesn't see any skills.

Second one is the one I sent her, and she said she copied it exactly.

 

She has equipped OHS.
It doesn't matter tho, since I checked by removing Knuckles and equipping Sword, and Crusher skills show up, just not usable.

 

Yes, and now there's a new problem.
I told her to reset skills before the campaign ended, because her skills were all over the place.
She had definitely added Astute and Trigger slash. But yesterday after the campaign ended, I asked her to check again.

Now she has only 2 skill points, but Astute and Trigger slash are level 0.
She has only invested in Hard hit, Sword Mastery, Safe Rest and HP boost at this time. Every other skill she put points in is now level zero.
Hard hit - 5
Sword Mastery - 10
Safe rest - 5
HP boost - 10
This tallies up to 30, and the game shows 2 as remaining.
She is level 40, and along with emblems she had 57 total skill points.

Did she lose skill points during the maintenance?

 

Okay, back with more proof :
She's level 51, so she has at least 51 skill points.
But here she has spent only 35.

(Forgive her for forgetting survival skills, you'll have to take my word, she has taken only HP boost - 10 and Safe Rest - 5)

 

Does she have an extra character slot?
One guy got loads of stat points from a bug so I imagine something similar can happen, but harmful. It might just be that slot so hopefully that might solve it?

 

So she has to reset the character all over again? I mean, I wouldn't mind, but I don't know if she would be ready to do it all over again, even if it is just 50 levels.
I'll ask her, although can I just contact Asobimo?

 

its either a bug or she's the one with poor network connection in which her 1st tyme downloading got interupted resulting sum of the data might got corrupted. happened to me once. try clearing cache/all data n re-do all the download again.
or low end out-dated devices?
