Newbie Tips for Toram (2020)

Heya, many of you who might read this are probably old players or maybe newbies (but its unlikely, since newbies don't know about this forum). So what I wanna talk about is the best toram gaming tips which can improve your gameplay. (I know I'm not the first but please help this thread find light)

Firstly, its the skill system. most players which were new to toram will probably use only one weapon skill tree, or use one character for everything (DPS, Production, Farming). If you do this, youre off to a bad start. Toram give complete freedom in terms of choice of weapons, so be as creative as you can be, although try to get to level 150 and stabilise your economical crisis first (every single veteran had those days, youre not the only one).

2. The Stat system, again, rookie mistake, dont allot them just anywhere. You dont need INT if youre solely a sword user (its not like its gonna make you any smarter). Same for DPS, only choose one stat to max first. Use YouTube, ToramOnline (forums), Coryn.club, anything to your assistance. but complete the main quest to get a clue about Toram

3. Proliferation. How to explain this? ummm, imagine tea time. Its almost evening, the sun setting flashes off an orange light which makes the romantic mood, and beside you is your gf. She brings you cake, you eat it (a lot), until its finished. You give her a compliment, then she sits right beside you leaning slowly on to your chest.
The sun set gives you that special feeling, that you wanna stay like this forever... then you take a sip of the tea, hoping to find another compliment, and realise its bitter. You make that ugly face and she leaves the balcony. Im guessing you now know why its bitter, but ill tell you anyways. You ate too much cake!!!.
Proliferation is much similar to that, only three types of attacks can affect it; physical attack, Basic attack, Magic attack. Now go apologise to your gf.

4. Next is the DASH option. If you're done with Main quest and are level 150 without this, you'll probably start regretting, this option can increase your motion speed outside of combat by a long shot. so you don't have to walk forever just to reach Saham Underground Cave : Deepest Part. Its in Menu>Option>System (I dont remember where it was, ill update this later, meanwhile try to find it in options). Also this is probably the most useful tip while doing mq.

5. Socialise, even if youre a solo player. Your life will be hell if you dont get a guild or make some friends. People dont just join a guild to fool around (not true), you need help to fight mq bosses, even if they're in easy mode (I'll write that later), so guild mercenaries do that for you. Your Level is poor, your stats are poor, your pockets are empty, and your damage is pitiful. So use merc via guild or friends (Goto Community>Guild/Friends>Guild mercenaries/Friend mercenaries) since the mercenaries from party scale according to your level.

6. Easy mode, again for doing mq, almost every player in toram knows this. so no comments Goto boss*>tap left button on the difficulty setting in boss menu> et voila, you've magically made the boss 10 times weaker, your NPC will look to you in awe now)

7. Note this down somewhere, Its extremely important in the first three chapters to procure these materials.
a) fairy feather (get from roar in ruined temple during minotaur arc) x3
b) Vine (from Pain leaf in Isthmus of Kaus, during Eerie Crystal arc) x3
c) Thick Beak (from Beak in ruined temple during minotaur arc) x3
d) Jagged Fang ( form Gob Roga, in Ethos fortress/ Saham Underground Cave during Boss Roga arc, dont farm miwi, its a scam) x10
e) Spiritual Gemstone (from Cassy, in empress tomb during Ancient Empress arc) x1
f) Saham Crystal[( Rotta Nemico, In Saham Underground Cave during... anytime you want, you'll go there even if you dont want to, probably atleast 4 times) And theres no way around this one sry] x10
g) If youre really lazy like me, buy Swordsman stone coin from cb (I'll write this) costs about 3k? price varies.

8. Consignment Board, also known as cb, the most infamous cheat from NPC perspective. You can buy and sell from here. This is your main source of spina. no amount of begging can ever give you the amount this can. Make a farmer, look for the most popular and decent priced items and start farming them. How to look for them? goto Coryn.club . also how to look for the decent most popular items? (its a trade secret but ill tell), use the registered option to find the most popular Materials/Consumables/Crystas/Healing etc. Don't kill me please.

9. Ahhh im freakin tired. Use the mini map to locate the shortest possible route to the next map. Don't just rely on what the screen shows you. some places you just cant go cause they're just graphics.

10. EXPLORE THE OPTION MENU, like I said, Dash is a very important option to use. Similarly, you can find extended shortcuts, evasion and guard shortcut enabling options, chat color options. etc etc.
