Ninja scroll atk number

Wha does mean with
ATK 220 (2/0.4)
I don.t understand that wierd number

 

•Atk is 220 (like weapons have atks)
The higher the better (which is effected by how high your char lvl is aswell as wpn atk of wpn used, so..a capoed chat using high atk wpns will probably make better value scrolls)
• 2 is suppose to be mp cost reduction (Total is 6 mp l assume) so you'll use skill using only 4 mp.
• 0.4 is cast time reduction (highest being 1.2 aka instant casting)
Note :
Higher the values of all 3, the better.
