    New app update come with this correction. Does this mean that the bugged increase of success rate in statting is becoming permanent?

    Basically, they increased the success rate for customizing equipment. So it's a good thing

    Yes bug fix also. But it's not really a "fix" i would say, because a "fix" would mean it would turn back like how it used to be. But they increased the success rate and not make it like how it used to be. So I guess we're both not wrong
