Noob here. Armor has pot and I have no smith skills, what's the best way to stat it?

    I bought some armor from the consignment sign with much higher def than the low level gear I had, and 70 potential. I don't have a blacksmith char. What's the best way for a noob to get this armor fully statted? Are there players you can pay to stat armor for you?

    yes there are players u can pay to stat for you. cost varies depending on what stat you need
