Overcapping using Adventurer's Diary

I'd like to know if it's possible to overcap with Diaries. I'm 240 right now and am planning to overcap until 270. If the toramtools site is accurate, then I will need 3 Adventurer's Diaries to reach it. Apologies if this has been answered before and please point me to the right link.

*Reason why 270: As per Emblems>Player Level, there is an emblem when you reach 270 so I'm assuming this will be the cap in the future.

 

By overcap do you mean go above our current level cap? if so then
No its not to possible to overcap.

While using story exp it is possible to have "stored" exp when the character level was capped, there is no way to raise the level above current level cap.

Your exp will be stored however and you'll just keep hitting the caps whenever they release them.
