Paladin..

I've seeing these guys in the ruined temple boss which is Minotaur. They're paladins or knight or 1h+shield etc whatever they call themselves. So here's the thing. How are they killing minotaur in 1hit using cannon shield with only level 145? They are actually killing it in 1sec. Hooow?

 

That's normal. Shield Cannon deals extremely high damage if the target is stunned. Stats and equipment are also the contributing factors, such as full DEX>STR (Revenir build) and +B or higher refine on shields. You can actually 1-hit Mino using Shield Cannon with lower level character even on Ultimate difficulty, provided you have a decent equipment set.

 

when Shield Cannon successfully stuns the target, the base damage is multiplied by the skill level.
at lv10 it will have a 100% stun rate and deal tenfold damage if it does.

the initial power is very low, but the skill constant increases with VIT and the multiplier with shield refinement.

under ideal conditions Shield Cannon will dish out hundred times the atk stat.
