first "low hp = high ailment resist while guarding"
but how about the second one works?

 

leveling that skill make passive more effective with more hp.

ex. if that skill Lv.1 work within 10% HP. maybe from Lv.10 it will work up to 50% HP (dont know exact value of boost Ailment Resist and HP% requirement but i think how this skill work)

 

If it haven't changed, lv 10 physical guard will give 100% ailment resistance IF the guard counter is higher than around 100, and the ailment resistance will go lower when the guard counter is decreasing too. Keep in mind that the ailment resistance from guarding might being calculated separately from your own ailment resistance (means the ailment resistance won't add up to the stat from the build)
