Playing Toram outside the country

Hi,

I am from the Philippines and went to Singapore for work. I cannot play Toram there. I receive an error message when logging in. This also happens when I use VPN. Is there a way to play Toram outside my home country?

check your emails (the address used for your asobimo account) they may have blocked you and sent you a link for unblocking

 

I was able to play again when I returned to the Philippines. Is the game country locked? If I am planning to relocate to another country, will I be able to use my account there?

 

Rather than country locked its more likely a security measure due to change of IP. The login error happen to me a lot when I forgot to turn off VPN.
As for relocating to other country sadly I dont know, the best I can come up with is try the "Contact Us" option in the game.
