Prism Ring Cast Speed

    How the 100% cast speed from the prism ring works?
    I have a custom no stats MD with lapin necromancer and a Light element prism ring and there isn't much difference for cast speed between both of them.
    My hypothesis is the cast speed bonus of the prism ring works only for a xtal add to itself but I would appreciate if someone could clarify this for me.

    % increases only apply to base stats, + increases are calculated separately and added last.

    your base cast speed increases by 1 point per level, 1 point per AGI and 3 points per DEX.
    that is the base cspd that gets doubled by cspd+100%.
    every other cspd stat from equipment and skill effects is added afterwards to the final value.
