    What's the benefit of maxing out Process materials skill? Would I get more mana with a level 10 skill?

    There is less deviation in the amount you get back. At rank 1 it gives between 81% and 100% mats back (average 90.5%), and when maxed that range narrows to 90% to 100% which gives an average of 95%.

    5% mana is worth several tens of thousands in the average stat so it's totally worth getting.

    you also save real time for farming

    ex. you farming something in 60mins with proc lv.1 (with proc lv.10 you save 3mins of your life)
