Punish ray + DT any possibility??

Is punish ray helps in DT or in any other way please give any suitable combo for it or any explanation , I focus on stability in my hb build so please tell if punish ray have any hope in hb for that build

 

The only reason I can see that you would use Punish ray is if you wanna have magic proration or give Crit to things other than DT.
DT already has +75 crit at level 10 and with your base 25 crit you essentially crit all the time. For the crit resist bosses you'll have crit passive, critical spear, and maybe a crit armour.
You would probably wanna put it near the end of a combo so your normal attacks will crit, DT wont gain much from it.

 

Punish ray is only good if you are using it for strikestab

 

If you have to fight a boss with crit resist, maybe. It depends on what you have equipped.

 

This double smite combo might be good,
deadly spear >strike stab(smite)>impact(cons) >dragon tooth(smite) >throwing knife(swift) (500mp)

Before using that combo either manual cast punish ray or use it in combo:
Spike dart>throwing knife(swift) >punish ray swift)

 

Punish Ray only activates on skills. it doesn't affect auto-attacks.
but buff skills will consume it even though they don't deal damage.

 

Good to remember, thought it worked the same way as Meikyo

 

I think punish ray will only be useful on crit resistant bosses. If you want To prorate use throw knife insteas
