Question about Dark Stinger

-does this skill is treated as srd/lrd
-does this skill split divided dmg for every target like demon claw mechanics

i plan to make a staff+shield str vit dps

 

I think it's treated like Chariot? Doesn't divide damage.
I see I am not the only one who thought of making a DARK power char.

Dark stinger at 40000 HP + 300 VIT + 247 STR has
Constant = 1000 (capped)
Multiplier = 10.47

If you get 40000 HP, Sacrifice + Mini Heal spam does :
Constant = 4000
Multiplier = 10.
Which is better in my opinion.

 

str vit have better performance cuz every dark stinger stk lower ur total hp. sacrifice is also bad skill cuz critical damage wont apply
