Question about elemental katana

Which Katana better?
Crystal lamina with fire ele, dmg to earth,cr18
or
Lil empress ktn with fire ele, dmg to earth, cd18,cr18

In both cases +s refined.

 

I'd say the crystal lamina is better. 14% damage to ele is better than cd18

 

oop my bad, anyway both has dmg to elem. The real question is the change in wepons base atk tht is around 15 vs cd 18

 

Hmm, if that's the case I'm not sure. But my gut feeling tells me that the empress Katana is better, as it has better stability and I think the cd18 would make up the 15 atk difference, or slightly exceed it.
