    I have capped Full int +Dex Mage arrow, have about 70sp left. Can i make it to be a filler stat for only add the customize equipment skill??
    What the requirements to be a fillstats char?

    u cant. while u have the skill points requirement - 40sp on the blacksmith skills to get the customized equipment & accurate customization for filling stats. u won't have enough stat points to get full tec. tec is needed for the success rate in stating.
