Question about this elemental stats

Good day everyone!
I am double thinking if i will make a fire elemental ktn on 5th anniv ktn vii or should a death samurai sword iii will do much better when u custom statted it? since it got a matching element and can be added an additional 10% atk. Can someone help me or even give a rough estimation which will bring more dmg?

5th anniv ktn vii stat:
Fire ele, 20% dmg to earth, cd 20, cr 21
OR
Death samurai sword iii stat:
Fire ele, 20% dmg to earth, atk 10%, cd 20, cr 21

Assuming that both are using atleast +10 to their base weapon atk.

 

60% of katana user atk power comes from str and dex stat. You can use that death katana even if the weapon base atk is 15% lower than 5th anniv.

 

Its hard to tell. The one that gives more atk in the end is better, but I don't think it'd be much different

Iam katana element user too, my 5th anniv fire element more high than my death samurai fire element, because my 5th anniv stat is fire element 20%dmgtoearth cdcr20 atk+5%, it gamble tho xD. But if no atk+5% then death samurai give more dmg.
