Question about unlocked skill trees

If you delete your max level character after unlocking all skill trees and levels, would you be able to re-apply them on a fresh character?

 

If u just reset, then yes. No if you delete it.

 

Ah yeah it was delete, my mistake.

But I thought they fixed that?

 

Not that I know of, last change i remember was that resetting no longer deletes learned skill trees.

 

Then what about if another character knows the skill tree and you reset the max leveled one?

 

each character has their own skills. once unlocked, you can keep them even if you no longer fulfill the requirement.
highest character level only matters for buying new skills.

 

Meaning if I have a lvl 50 and a lvl 1 and I buy all skills up to lvl 50 then delete the character, any new character will be able to learn skills up to lv50 correct?

 

Only the characters that already have them bought can. You wont be able to buy them afterwards.
