    Just want to ask, for a Full DEX + STR build without TEC, is it possible to get 100% 4 lock ?
    For my existing build TEC 255 + STR 265, I can get 100% 4 lock.

    The formule of locks depends of the TEC stat and the three skills. I forgot the formule but is necessary all to get 5 lock 100%.

    4 lock is enough for me.....what I read from last time is need the customization skill with MaxLV and reach certain Proficiency to increase the success rate.
