Question on fear

Decided to change back to using Chariot on my brawler after months of using Rush and noticed I fear hardly activates now. Did that 30% chance get nerfed or something?

 

regular boss monsters (not field boss) are resistant to ailments, so the effect is halved.

Fear might cancel 1 of 6 attacks, but not all bosses attack 6 times within 10 seconds, and even if they do, it may trigger more or less than expected.

 

Yea i know that, what im saying is im seeing fear cancel maybe one attack every 3-4 minibosses while im solo farming. But meh rng is rng, guess ill just leave it for mass kills and go back with Rush.

 

Fear has a 30% chance of cancelling an attack from a normal mob or mini boss, but on regular bosses the chance gets lowered to 10%. This may not be correct, but it's what I remember Mayam saying when he was still around.
