Question on how to restat 2h

I was wondering how I could restat my 2h to str7%atkcd10%cd20 at 100% success. I have a guildy who did the stat with 4 pot on weapon (99%), but when I did 1 total step for that stat, I had 28% success. Does anyone know the steps to restat so I can get 100% success?

 

Add one max negative stats first
STEP #4: Dodge-3, DEF %-3, Natural HP Regen %-3, Natural MP Regen %-5 x1
STEP #5: ATK % +3, Critical Damage % +3, Critical Damage +1, STR % +7 x1
Success rate: 100%
