Question regarding pet's skill

I saw a reply on a thread awhile ago that rage attack becomes magic depending on the dominant stat(atk/matk), does heavy blow(physical) becomes magic too if I raise my pet's INT? And also in attack pattern, does the pattern that is highlighted in blue means it is magic? I'm asking because the skill misses alot and it doesn't have that blue pattern that I believe is magic...

If the description says no, then no. Only certain skills are able to become the dominant stats.

 

On all the pet usable skill only 2 skills that uses that kind of damage format. Rage attack and stealth attack( the 1mp aggro cross )
Pets have magic attack pattern that uses matk in normal attack and rarely misses(you can see it in normal attack if your pet app have this option.) If you see blue in skill it mostly about skill compatability to pets. Blue signifies incompatability(also good indication is the arrow down) while red boost it(marked with arrow up). There are also some skills that is grayed out(unusable) in some attack pattern.
