Question: TECH & Stats Upgrading

So if i am going to turn those potentials into stats

Does my TECH have any effect?

Do they increase the success rate?

Or do they increase the outcome stats
compared to those with less TECH but the same potentials?

And what will I lost if I fail to turn those potentials into stats?

Will my equipment disappear?

Or just the materials used in upgrading equipment?

I've read many guides but something are still unclear to me.

I don't have that much orb to restats repeatedly.

So anyone please help me answer these questions.

No, Tech only gives difficulty level and success rate.
If your chosen stats meets the potential points requirments it will be 100% success.
But if your chosen options exceed the points the system will give you percentage of success which tech stats will come.
Thats why people will seek the highest potential to ensure the prefer stats of players.

Yes, Crafting, Refine and Upgrade

Or do they increase the outcome stats
compared to those with less TECH but the same potentials?
Only Main Stats (Str, Agi, Vit, Int, Dex) and Proficiency Level affects bonus potential outcome.
Of course the more tech, you succeed most likely and you will not get minus pot pts and can be slotted sometimes.

And what will I lost if I fail to turn those potentials into stats?
The potential points will be lost forever, and you cant add options again unless their are points still remaining.

Nope

Or just the materials used in upgrading equipment?
Yes, materials will be lost

HI Avesky. I just created a bs for 2hand sword.Stat is str but will reserved 30 points to tech when reach lv40 then add full str and my current lv is 37.
My proficient lv is 7,craft longsword. Problem i facing is where is the best location to farm mat with crowded mob. I have a pure mage to farm lv49.
Pls give me a nice location.Thx

 

You either go for beak hunt. (Just past Goblins) or Ruin Rats.(Defeat Gespent then turn Left. You'll see people trying to get rid of those rodents.)

 

lv15 pro without tech if include 52 tech difficulties is 40. full str bs
focus on crafting v.sword.took how long to raise the lv15 --> lv40 to reset stat and put pure str

 

Hi, I'm new and I want to create a blacksmith or an alchemist. I see lots of threads mentioning adding tech, but I can't find tech as a stat? Can someone guide me on stat distribution (str, dex, vit, agi, dex) and where to find the tech option? Thanks!

 

you need to be level 40 first, when you already hit level 40 go toto status and choose TECH as your personal status

 

What is toto status? Do you mean the screen where they display str, dex, vit, agi and dex?
