Refining luck....

Yeah so I just spent 4 stacks of ori +degs and 16 stacks of random ores + degs trying to refine my ns katana to +S (it dropped from A to B 13 times) It costed around 17m and is still at B rip. Have any of you spent more than that before? just curious

 

one time i spent 5m just to get to B lol
refining is so lame. thats why i only go to A for untradeables. S for things i can sell back.

 

I spent 25m-ish on refining meself sum hell reaper so fret not, it happens every now and then

 

I spent around 23m on a ns halberd and after that 19m on a ns 2h and basically all the time 12-17m when I refined other things.
Which has lead me to believe refining has been slightly nerfed because before I wasn't spending as much from +9-B, it feels harder than it did before roll back and I am spending alot more on ori with +A degrading so much and even getting to +C a struggle, or I have just become cursed and roll back reset my acc to have the rng screw me over everytime I guess and I basically spent hours refining and farming gold poms and made no profit this past 4th anniv because refining caused me to make a loss and because I never got lucky and with the 20k+ poms I farmed making average at best attack weapons.
Gota love toram ^^ feeling sorry for myself, sorry i digress.

But good news is I didn't give up yet and then did a lil research and digging and found a method where I started refining 2-3 items at once and having alot more success and actually starting to see a lil profit here and there. I'll refine 3 or so items to +B switch to my luk refine and when one succeeds and goes +A I'll switch to the next item which usually drops and then switch back to the +A item and half the time it will get +S or drop. Anyway maybe you can try that, it's helped me.

So yeah refining can be brutal ^^ you're not the only one.
Those people doing refine +S with like 3-8m spina consistently, I really duno how they do it. Rng just against some ppl I duno, feels like ever since I came back to toram after rollback refining became cursed on my acc.

glad to see someone doing the refine multiple strategy. i find more often than not to be satisfied with the results of it

 

i spent like 25m on a NS OHS... stopped after that and just went and bought a +S from board because fuck refine

 

let's just hope we can refine to A with bs tech when lv4 smith release.
