Regarding guild name change

Hi everyone,
Can I clarify whether or not when a guild is disbanded it's name will instantly be available to be used to form other guild?

in theory, yes.
but maybe you have to wait until the next day for the changes to become effective.
(in the worst case, a server maintenance is required)

if you want to keep the old name, why do you need to make a new guild?
just kick everyone out and start over.

 

Spriggan 12 is an empty guild after I retired ad GM. The merged guild we used was Angry Kitten's or now known as Insignis it currently has 2m+ points and the former members are still there ^^;

 

Create the guild immediately, any seconds you left it idle in the guild name cloud pool gives the possibility that it can be snatched from you, let say somebody reading your post decides to prank you by letting an alternate account hold on the Spriggan 12 guild name.

Wow, that's a lot of points. I don't see my guild saving that much because we always use the rare drop booster whenever we can or if there's an event. I'm glad most of your former members are still there and I'll cherish those who have joined our ranks to serve my Queen. ^_^

 

My current alt is holding on to the Spriggan 12 guild haha so I am here to clarify if I disband that guild would I be able to use that name before I actually disbanded it XD it would be devastating if I realise I can't lol. And I don't think they've spent many either that's why they've accumulated so many. And I wouldn't say most are still there cos after I left some went on hiatus or left due to Toram's stagnancy or something but they are definitely my previous guildmates.

 

It's good then, but don't risk it, let the alt hold it till you're ready to start over, no need to disband, just transfer leadership, etc. ^_^
